When should I call to schedule?
Contact us as soon as possible — our schedule fills up quickly! We recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred installation date. Don’t wait, spots are limited!
I'm in! How quickly can you get my house lit?
Once you have approved the light design and paid the 50% deposit we will put you on the schedule for the next available slot. The wait time can be anywhere from 5 to 14 days. Please note, the two weeks on either side of Thanksgiving fill up quickly so we highly recommend contacting us as early as possible to get your preferred install slot. We do offer early install where we leave the lights turned off until you need them on.
If in doubt, just give us a call and we can fill you in on our current availability.
Oh no, my lights went out. What do I do?
We understand that the holiday season is short, so we have “on-call” repair staff. It is rare, but if you have a light failure, just give us a call on (844) 820-4613. We will be out within 48hrs often sooner.
When do you take lights down?
Lights are taken down within the first 3 weeks of January, weather permitting. If you have a time constraint that requires the lights down earlier please let us know when scheduling your install so we can put it in our calendar.
Will you hang my lights?
We are unable to hang lights other than the ones we supply. This keeps things simple so we can offer our service for one price to cover everything. Nothing compares to having the best quality light display with a worry-free approach. We want you to focus on your family this Christmas, not purchasing lights, repairing, storing, etc.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed, insured, and have workers comp. We strive to keep the holidays fun and merry which means keeping everyone protected and safe. All team members receive training that covers safety procedures for working with electricity and at height.
