Schedule & Install

Our customer service team will schedule your installation and our professional install team will install your display promptly and safely.

All of our packages include rental of all the lights and installation for your home or business.

Takedown & Storage

Once the holiday season is over we will be by to take down all lights within the first three weeks of January (weather permitting).

Then we store your displays so you have effortless sparkle year after year.

When Should I Call to Schedule?

Call us immediately. Our Schedule fills up very quickly after Halloween.

Our installation period for Halloween and Christmas is September 15th – December 23rd. Call for availability if you’re looking for lights outside of the fall holiday season.

I'm In! How Quickly Can You Get My House Lit!?

Once you have approved the light design and paid the 50% deposit we will put you on the schedule for the next available slot. The wait time can be anywhere from 5 to 14 days. Please note, the two weeks on either side of Thanksgiving fill up quickly so we highly recommend contacting us as early as possible to get your preferred install slot. We do offer early installation where we leave the lights turned off until you need them on.

Oh No, My Lights Went Out. What Do I Do?

We understand that the holiday season is short, so we have “on-call” repair staff. It is rare, but if you have a light failure, just give us a call at (844) 820-4613. We will be out within 48hrs.

When Do You Take Lights Down?

Lights are taken down within the first 3 weeks of January, weather permitting. If you have a time constraint that requires the lights down earlier please let us know when scheduling your installation so we can put it on our calendar.

Will You Hang My Lights?

We are unable to hang lights other than the ones we supply. This keeps things simple so we can offer our service for one price to cover everything. Nothing compares to having the best quality light display with a worry-free approach. We want you to focus on your family this Christmas, not purchasing lights, repairing, storing, etc.

Are You Licensed and Insured?

We are licensed, insured, and have workers comp. We strive to keep the holidays fun and merry which means keeping everyone protected and safe. All team members receive training that covers safety procedures for working with electricity and at heights.
